I'm Taylor. I've spent the last decade building business operations — nine years as an entrepreneur, three years inside corporate — implementing EOS, building scorecards, and untangling the messy back-end of growing companies.
I knew how to build systems for everyone else. When my own career reset, I had none of that structure for myself.
Instead of disappearing, I rebuilt publicly — and built Comeback Ops Co. for the operators I kept meeting along the way. Founders who were technically excellent at their craft and quietly drowning in the back office. I built this for them.
